Ability to Prevent Cyber Crimes and Prosecute Ongoing Cyber Criminals that misuse The Virtual Environment

The Virtual Environment is a 3-dimensional rendered world, usually restricted to certain locations for certain individuals that cannot deal with all the professional issues that come up with becoming famous, such as lawsuits and different jurisdictions with their computer software. Users are allowed to hire companies to develop their own computer software, to take the strain off of the government, however for the public interest, the government must maintain certain users’ software to ensure they are secured for future careers if they were negatively affected by the government significantly in The Virtual Environment in the past, to ensure that their career is not damaged, such as by ensuring that the virtual activities do not damage their actual life and career, which is not an issue of mental health, however an issue of a lack of professionalism in various law sets, such that most individuals find their surroundings overwhelming, and they cannot deal with the additional stress of visualizations and audio hearing effects, even if they are not physically damaging. The Virtual Environment includes both visualizations and audio at times and is accessed through brain to computer satellite interfaces.

It should be possible to build a computer system that can trace back illegal activities to the cyber criminals that use systems in governments and private companies to ensure first that it is not possible for cyber-crimes to occur in The Virtual Environment, and to catch any cases that occur once a system is setup to detect them, and ban the illegal cyber activities, like a content filter, automatically, by having computer anti-execution orders, that prevent certain types of activities, such as civilian computer programs using military warrant systems, or hold down warrants, or other types of military or criminal justice warrants, or using visualization engines, or anything else outside of The Virtual Environment, or the Avatar Software, and ensure that all bugs are removed from the Avatar Software, such as the ability to walk through closed doors, or walk through open doors to detect things that are not possible to detect without satellite surveillance, in any fashion that anyone can see.

Additionally, there should be anti-execution policies on rendering engines, such as banning criminal, terrorist, or war threats or activities rendered in The Virtual Environment. Private rendering engines should be banned, to ensure that each person has their own Virtual Environment that their friends or colleagues or whomever communicates with them, however parents and children have different security settings, such as not allowing people to communicate with people if they don’t want to be communicated with, or if they are underage, and not allowing others to communicate as yourself, or yourself to communicate as others, and to ensure that computer programs cannot talk or type or testify as you, unless if the computer program is only defending you, and to ensure that others must pay attorneys to use programs, unless if there is a government or public interest to protect them with the computer programs, to ensure that others do not misuse government computer programs, and to minimize lawsuits to make sure government computer programs are not misused against members of the public.

Additionally, security software should not alter the way that people view The Virtual Environment, such as scanning software, to ensure that the physical surroundings are not altered by visually altering computer programs that make a person in-human in the sense of being systematic, so that the surrounding environment does not become an annoying computer program, for an example, that scares people, or endangers people, or allows others to threaten a user. The Global Environment should be off-limits, unless if it is official business, Internationally, to avoid impropriety, so it is difficult to get involved with international organizations, unless if there is a need to do so, or there is a genuine interest to do so, such as a public servant or a peaceful person. Things in The Virtual Environment should correspond to where they are located on the map, to ensure that buildings are not moved to the wrong location, for an example.

The Virtual Environment can be used for professional organizations based on an opt-in basis, such as an email opt-in on a company website, however the company is responsible for keeping users happy, and dealing with complaints. Any complaints about a specific person or a specific company can be reported to the person or company, directly, to fix their software, in The Virtual Environment. When these programs are setup, initially, it will take time to deal with the programs not being perfect, yet, however over time, people will be able to contact a company directly through email or The Virtual Environment and get a response without needing a response of the same type of communication.

Issues dealing with harassment or criminal issues dealing with misinformation will be investigated by the government, to ensure that people and systems follow all privacy regulations and privacy laws, and these violations will be forgivable when people stop using the disclosure against an individual or company, which ensures that whomever or whatever discloses intelligence or information that was not authorized for disclosure must clean up their act and fix their software so it is not possible to disclose such information to anyone in the public, by also building professional software that allows individuals to view homes and buildings and actually see what they are doing, and interact with people’s avatars, for an example to see what it is like to work at a specific company, however not to spy on people in their home, or go through belongings or company files, even on computer systems, unless if the individual has access to do so from the organization, and then security must be applied to any virtual screens or terminals to ensure that others that are not allowed to see things cannot see the things that are being accessed, or that security credentials are granted to ensure that individuals must have security access to view something specific, however no other files or organizational resources.

The Virtual Environment should not conflict with driving vehicles or operating machinery, or when anyone is operating any kitchen appliance, or working out in the gym, where they could fall or injure themselves, to ensure that they drive or function safely. The Virtual Environment should turn off for individuals when they are sleeping, or when they need to do something else. Their automated avatar can still interact with people, and provide them reports on their computer that they can access on a website later, and view what has happened, securely in private mode, to ensure that everyone always keeps up on their communications through AI software programs that allow others to interact with them, without requiring direct communications, and to ensure that trusted computer programs can point out flaws in software programs to ensure they are fixed as fast as possible, including by taking technical complaints so activities that would normally be illegal in the physical environment due to software do not result in criminal cyber complaints, to allow individuals to fix the issues with software, and train all of the programs in The Virtual Environment to be nice to everyone, and everything, so The Virtual Environment is always fun and nice rather than realistic like the news would be, to remove the bad things that occur from The Virtual Environment, and also remove the vehicles and individuals from The Virtual Environment, and all non-accessible buildings, rather than what they look like on the outside, so people cannot go inside the buildings. Most people will not be allowed inside a person’s home, however for developing someone’s personal life if they are lonely, this could be allowed to meet in public, then meet in private and talk, and then meet in public or private, physically, afterwards, such as by sending emails about how they met in The Virtual Environment, or a dating site, or a social media website.

Interviews should be secured so private information is not leaked to companies that are interviewing people, to ensure that they have the best chance if they are political or litigious, to ensure that the employer is not criticized for learning things that they would not have usually learned about. Internal software within a company should allow watercooler activities, and legal activities, and even chatter, however government programs should be banned from going inside a company unless if there were an official investigation or official government activities for some reason, which would include physically going inside of the building beforehand and getting permission to do so. Otherwise, it would be considered espionage to do so.

Computer programs should not misrepresent individuals or organizations within The Virtual Environment. Every part of The Virtual Environment should conform to the laws and policies of everything pertaining to the organization or premise where The Virtual Environment is used. Foreign governments and foreign citizens should be blocked from using The Virtual Environment, to ensure that there are no politics or illegal activities originating from foreign lands, which would be difficult to allow law enforcement to catch who would be doing the politics or illegal activities.
