Defamation of Character Legislation

When the government conducts false cases with the intention of ruining the life of a defendant, without any legal justification, the government should have to pay the defendant for the defamation of character that occurred, including because of any covert actions conducted by the government, and the government's officials that conducted the false cases should be arrested and charged and convicted of the crimes that they conducted in the cases against the defendant and the public.

The government should be barred from conducting any further defamation of character in any false cases in the future, or the government shall pay additional fines and fees to pay the defendant to defend himself or herself, and money for the defendant to live on a salary that is compensary to what they would have been making in a career in the private industry, as if the false cases were not occurring.

If the government fails to pay the defendant promptly, then the government shall be liable for treason it conducted against the defendant.
