Family Law Issues

If a mother obtained biological materials from a father, illegally, she must notify the father of her children that he has children with her, and any right to alimony is negated out. This would be the case if children were born in a lab from biological materials taken from the father, such as hair samples or sperm samples that were expired and not introduced through sexual contact. If the father and the mother are unmarried, they should be married if they get along. If the father is not officially notified in writing from the mother directly, on professional letterhead with her name on it and address and phone number, within a reasonable amount of time, the father or the single man can move on to someone else. The children can still find the father years later, regardless of the circumstances.

Pre-Arranged Marriages

Marriages that are pre-arranged should be agreed to in public by both persons, and should be dissolvable by either person in public, however they should not be striken from meeting each other in public, and they should not be striken from sexual activities prior to a wedding day. The public should support the couple, financially, and socially. Pre-arranged marriages are good when a couple wants to get to know each other in society better, and personally, better, while financial or age or other qualifications are not met by either or both sides. They can be introduced to each other in public by others, so they come together, if they both want to come together, however they just haven't discussed it with each other in-person.
