What is Telepathy?
TELEPATHY is the usage of electronics in satellites or ground stations to relay thoughts between individuals, through the usage of technologies such as Optogenetics Sequencing Technology.

- DIRECT TELEPATHY - unknown type of synthetic telepathy, conducted directly, possibly through the use of mind control technology, allegedly.
- HYBRID TELEPATHY - unknown type of synthetic telepathy, that possibly is conducted directly and indirectly, possibly through the use of mind control technology, allegedly.
- INDIRECT TELEPATHY - unknown type of synthetic telepathy, conducted indirectly, possibly through the use of mind control technology, allegedly.
- SYNTHETIC TELEPATHY - may include the usage of EEG headsets or EEG helmets, allegedly.
Artificial Telepathy Misuse Regulations
Private thoughts shall not be sent using Artificial Telepathy. People shall not be bothered using Artificial Telepathy during quiet hours or during private times, or during family events, or on holidays. Legal questions shall be addressed to the appropriate legal staff that represents an individual. Artificial Telepathy shall not be allowed to be used to convey privately identifiable information.
Brain to Computer Interfaces (BCIs)
It shall be illegal to use Brain Computer Interfaces (BCIs), including based in space or on radio frequency towers, to control any military, or any weapon system, or any offensive technology, or any offensive software system.
