Protection of Individuals from Discriminatory Bias within Law Enforcement

Bias from law enforcement through discrimination of any of the PROTECTED TRAITS in Discrimination Definitions – Classifications of Protected Traits, can be corrected by policy regarding law enforcement collection, and any analysis or dissemination, even from the U.S. Intelligence Community, and additionally through regressive training, and reinforcement techniques.

Any citation of any statistic that refers to any protected class, pertaining to any PROTECTED TRAIT, or any other discriminatory term or factor being indicative of eluding the individual as being a criminal from any law enforcement official will place the law enforcement official on paid leave, pending a full review of their entire arrest history, to determine if the official has discriminated against any protected class or protected trait.
