This invention concept pertains to the purification of water, from sea water, by removing the impurifications, first with reverse osmosis filtration technology, and then converting the filtered water into Hydrogen (H2) and Oxygen (O2) gases, by using electrolysis. Then, the Hydrogen (H2) and Oxygen (O2) gases are separated, using a membrane that only allows the lightest element, Hydrogen (H2) to leave a chamber, which is put into a gas storage tank, and then the Oxygen (O2) is left over, which is evacuated into a separate gas storage tank. Then, the Hydrogen (H2) gas is recombined with the Oxygen (O2) gas, on either side of a fuel tank. This produces electricity, to charge batteries, as well.
This technology could be used in water purification/water transport cargo ships.
