Peltier Cooling or Heating – Jacket or Vest

This invention pertains to a vest or jacket, or both, that have Peltier cooling elements that can either make the interior cool, or make the interior hot, by separating the differences of the hot and cold elements through Peltier cooling technology. This jacket or vest would run off of a slim set of lithium-ion rechargeable batteries in special pockets, inside of the jacket or vest.
