This invention concept pertains to a machine that breaks up concrete slabs, and separates rebar and other metal pieces from the concrete, breaking off all the concrete from the metal pieces, to recycle the metal pieces, including by breaking up the concrete into tiny pieces, so it can be re-used to make new concrete, by mixing the concrete aggregate with a new type of chemical mixture that will bind the materials together into a compound that is harder than concrete. The mixture is an epoxy glue that is very thin in viscosity, and then the concrete particles mix together with it, and the epoxy binds to the concrete particles, perfectly, to form a sort of plastic concrete mixture or compound mixture.
This technology could include metal cutting tools with robotics, in addition to a heavy-duty robotic crane with an electromagnet. This machinery could even be put on a barge, to separate out the metal from concrete particles, from old bridges.
