Cold Current Causing Chemical Structure

This invention concept pertains to a chemical structure that causes electrical current, when cold temperatures are applied to a metal-like structure, or a metal substrate, that can generate on-going current from the cold temperatures, alone. This technology would be capable of being put into an array of circuited or circuitry units, to collect electrical current, as being part of the electrical circuitry underneath the body of a vehicle, in addition to Solar Thermocouple Array Technology, to collect sunlight and also heat, to convert the sunlight and heat into electricity, too, therefore, whether the body of the vehicle is in the sunlight, or hot, or even cold due to snow or hail or rain, the body of the vehicle would always be generating electrical current. The technology could be some type of Peltier cooler technology, or thermoelectric cooling technology, that is inverted, that uses the cool temperatures, to create current in electrical circuitry.
