This invention concept pertains to a wireless vehicle remote control, that allows the RFID to turn off whenever it is not inside of the vehicle or not close to the vehicle, as the vehicle will use a negotiation finding sensor system, to activate the remote, so it communicates to the vehicle, such as when the door is accessed, or when the ignition is accessed, rather than having the remote talking to the vehicle on its own. There would also be a switch that the RFID capabilities can be switched off on the remote, and on the vehicle as well, and the remote control would turn off RFID to save power if place inside of a special RFID blocking box or bag, to ensure that the remote does not drain the battery when not used. The remote control would use some type of resistance or capacitance or inductance detection capability, to determine if it is inside of a RFID blocking bag or box, for an example.
