Use of Thermocouples and Steam Turbines in Nuclear or Coal Power Plants

This invention concept would be to use thermocouples, in addition to steam turbines, in both nuclear and coal power plants. For additional power from steam turbines in nuclear and coal power plants, a jet engine could be used to blow the steam through the steam turbines, powered by the thermocouples, or powered by the combustion of hydrogen and oxygen gases created from electrolysis of water, if there is a nearby water source, or a good aquifer in the ground water system, nearby.
