These improvements to Microsoft® Office® would include making people’s custom local dictionaries merge into a temporary merge dictionary, at Microsoft® Corporation, that then the computer program would determine if the words are real words, and also what the meanings of the words are, and there would be a general artificial intelligence (GAI) computer program that would allow the lookup of the word, including in a little pop-up window, that should show the definitions of words, if a certain key is pressed to show the dictionary, and there would be another part of the pop-up window, that could be clicked on, to show synonyms or antonyms, and also look up their specific meanings, to help with word crafting in the writing of documents. Then, how people use these programs would go into improving Microsoft® Copilot, in the way that things are re-written, using the way that the specific user writes things, and then these customizations could be collected, and then merged into a templating system for rewriting, that is released, later, that would allow different writing styles, even based on specific users, if they allow it, or even based on different industry documentation styles, or different writing styles.
