IDEAINT to Short Code

This invention concept pertains to the usage or utilization of IDEAINT or thoughts read from the brain with Optogenetics, to translate to Short Codes, or codes that are used to configure government software, such as The Pentagon Program. This invention concept ensures that the government can be configured to work properly and safely, to ensure that it always works properly. There is also security on this invention to ensure that bad Short Codes are not translated, and are not inserted into Short Code panels, and that any bad Short Codes are removed from all Short Code panels, at all times, to ensure the government always works properly at all times.
