This invention pertains to a sensor that can perform mind reading and mind control and mind-controlled computer applications, on the basis of using Optogenetics® Sequencing Technology, such as on a sensor on a smartphone or a laptop or a desktop computer system. These technologies would allow computers to be controlled through thoughts, alone, based on the user in front of the computer system.
