This technology pertains to a CMOS chip that would go inside of IDEAINT satellites that would prevent mind control towards human beings or animals based on certain parts of the brain. It would prevent the emission of radio frequency or light waves to certain parts of the brain, to ensure that mind control is not possible. It would also filter the usage of radio frequency and light waves, depending upon a software suite that would run in the satellites, to determine abusive or illegal forms of radio frequency or light wave emissions, and ban uses of the hardware through any process that conducts any usage of such on any human brain or any animal brain. It would also prevent the usage of mind control on other living things, such as bugs and rodents.
