Highly Accurate Digitally Controlled and Measured Electric Pump

This invention concept pertains to a measured, highly accurate digitally controlled electric pump, that would accurately measure flammable or non-flammable liquids, as they pass through the pump, to provide an exact or an exactly controlled amount of liquid that is pumped from a central location to the output of the pump. The technology would work through a sealed motor, that prevents sparks, to prevent fires, and also electronics that measure the liquids, based on the relative weight of the liquid, or by measuring the volume with electronic sensors, to determine how much liquid is in each portion of the liquid inside of the pump.
