Privacy Filter for The Virtual Environment

This invention concept pertains to a privacy filter, for everything in The Virtual Environment, based on the way that U.S. Code works, especially with regards to the Health Information Privacy and Portability Act (HIPPA), and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
