This invention pertains to congruent mode satellites that can perform trillions of independent operations, such as mind control or mind reading technology control, per instance of time. The single satellite connects to all other satellites that are controlled, and then provides high-speed communications back to a central location, where the data is parsed and maintained on the record, and then the operations to all the individual satellites is performed using the congruent mode satellite.
