Laser Stereoscopic Radio Frequency Telescopic Satellite and Ground Technology

This invention concept pertains to a laser stereoscopic technology that can detect all radio frequency waves on the ground of a planet within viewing range of the satellite or ground-based technology, to detect all radio frequency traffic, and store the data pertaining to the radio frequency traffic in the satellite, before it is downloaded to the ground-based stations that monitor for radio frequency traffic. This technology works by scanning for disruptions from radio frequency in the open air, above and around the ground of a planet, to determine what technologies are in use on the planet. This technology could also be ideal for a spaceship in the future.
