This is the use of a carrier / cargo ship with desalination plant technology, to convert sea water into fresh water, at a fast pace. This may use technologies such as salt removal and nuclear waste destruction, self-calibrating piping systems, electro-mechanical expandable piping systems, self-coupling piping systems, rapid-deployment pipe laying equipment, geospatial robotic submarine pipe installation equipment and tracking / programming system, and multi-layered inlet-protection and automatic inlet-cleaning technology. This technology would be able to create enough fresh water for an entire country the size of Florida.
