This document contains information about a satellite technology program that will have the operational capability to quickly dismantle weapons and to dismantle weapons systems, that are on/in the physical warfighting domains, using the Global Security® Weapons Electronic Component Dismantlement Technology from space satellite(s), in orbit around planet Earth.
Legal Definition − Weapons Dismantlement Satellite Program
This is a new weapons dismantlement satellite program, that is being invented by the Global Security® Organization, which will be proposed in the future, including to government officials that could fund the further planning, brainstorming, flowcharting, documentation, design, development, engineering, prototyping, assembly line manufacturing process, testing, launch, operation, management, and maintenance of such satellites, including as part of a United Nations (UN) Weapons Dismantlement Satellite Program, as we envisioned in 1987, to have the capability to prevent all crime, prevent all terrorism, prevent all torture, and prevent all war [crime], including to prevent all atrocity, which pertains to weapons.
This project pertains to international law enforcement, such as INTERPOL, and the international courts, such as the International Court of Justice (ICJ), and pertains to international military, such as the U.N. Peacekeeping Troops, and is a Presidential work of valor.
This project is an invention project, to create a technology which would replace “space weapons”, or would otherwise not even be a weapon, however would provide the capability to break weapons, without causing damage, or harm, or danger, or injury, or ailment, or sickness, or jaundice, or deadly pursuit, or deadly injury, or death, or fatality, or casualty, or destruction, or implosion, or explosion. Even as some “space weapons” have weapons dismantlement capabilities, it’s the other capabilities that get troops into trouble, which make “space weapons” unvalorous.
The reason for this project is that the risks and the dangers of a large number of soldiers having access to space weapons, through artificial intelligence, outweighs the benefits, and the costs are just too great. The U.S. Department of Defense (US-DOD) testified that “genocide can happen with [from, sic.] just one soldier, with the incorrect access route to space weapons, or because of a soldier developing their own artificial intelligence (AI) computer software". Our solution eliminates the possibility of genocide, at the capabilities level, and eliminates the possibility of nuclear terrorism invoked from space weapons, including by preventing sabotage of nuclear warheads from space weapons, which there have been more than 13 occurrences of in the past, according to the United Nations (UN).
The weapons dismantlement satellite technology uses electronic emissions, just to break the power source to all weapons that it dismantles. This satellite project also uses anti-space weapons technologies that we’ve invented, including the Electronics Pathway(s) Firewall Security Microchip Technology, to prevent harm, damage, and destruction of all types. This satellite project will also use a special Firmware Monitoring Microchipprocessor Technology, to prevent the satellites from being commandeered by enemy forces.
This invention we created for the Global Security® organization, is a satellite which just dismantles weapons, on the ground, in the air, in aerospace, at maritime, at sea, or in space area, or outer space, by using invisible electronic pulses to cut the battery or power connectivity from the mainboard components of the weapons. This is one of the more thoroughly or well-documented inventions we've produced, over the years, which we also won the 2026 Innovation Award from Corporate LiveWire, for Innovation of International Security Technology, a Gold Award, for three separate invention classes.
