Programmable Quantum Particle Phases

This pertains to the use of light, magnetism, particle reactions, radio frequency, and other types of energy to create reactions with the quantum particles in space, for instance opening the light space fabric where the quantum reaction pushes apart components of atoms while holding the pieces of the atoms together, displaying a bright light in-between where the forces are too far apart in matter while still held from entering other matter.
