Nuclear / Quantum Reaction Pulse Emitter

This technology pertains to the use of high-energy light and high-energy magnetic pulse emitters that cause particle(s) reaction at a specific coordinate. This is the technology of being able to create forces similar to nuclear weapons without the launching of a device, such that the reaction can occur through the focus of high-energy light and magnetic forces at very specific angles of a single atom at any location in space, and cause any number of types of nuclear, quantum, and other types of explosive / implosive reactions.
