This technology is the use of a phased difference of potential of light at a minimum of a greater amount than the speed of light in the opposite direction. This process does not necessarily produce light, while the light may be absorbed, and the process is the equivalence of placing a magnetic signature in-between a large number of photons on a travel path to generate momentum in space.
