A system that moves a payload from an outer rail to an inner rail, such as the transfer of the payload crane on to an inner rail that has a greater precision of movement, whereas the outer rail is used primarily for moving the payload long distances. The clutch may also include moving the craned piece on to another type of horizontal crane or upside-down crane that works on a higher level of precision.
