This is a gigantic counterweight that is able to move an entire building up to six feet in any direction, to stabilize the building in any event of a large earthquake. This would work such that the building would remain in the same geospatial coordinates, respective to the position on the planet the entire time, while the earthquake occurs, and the stabilization system avoids any movement at all inside the building through sway correction.
