This technology pertains to the use of a permeating electrolysis process to separate hydrogen from oxygen, and compress the hydrogen and oxygen, while running an aquatic jet engine for basic propulsion. Light-Ignited H2 and O4 Jet Streams provide an under-water jet engine that produces electricity while producing a momentum that can exceed a consistent 100 knouts for large submarines, and may have the capability of exceeding a consistent 500 knouts for smaller test vehicles. This technology is non-nuclear.
