Screen Previewing Technology

There could be a technology that uses the camera that is on a laptop, cell phone, or tablet, or even a desktop or All-in-One to track the movement of the eyes, and to automatically scroll the screen in small increments, or it could be adjusted, based on the movement of the eyes – such as when the eyes meet the bottom of the screen, the screen automatically scrolls downward to show more of what the active window should show next.
