Insulator Optical Circuitry Board

This technology pertains to an optical circuitry board that provides insulation from light, such that the light from either side does not pass through. This type of optical circuitry board can either consume the light into a dark insulator that absorbs the light, or the optical circuitry board can deflect the light away from the board on either side.
