MCE123 - Technology Development

No Cooking Before Ordering Technology

By viewing and/or using this Intellectual Property, you agree to the rights of the IP holder established under the article Intellectual Property Rights Management.

This technology has the ability to cook orders immediately when ordered, rather than having issues of discard products, return products, and issues of customer dissatisfaction that originate from cooking that occurred prior to the order having been placed. This would reduce the needs of inventory of completed products, such as no longer needing an inventory of French Fries under a heat lamp, because the French Fries would be cooked within a timeframe of approximately 2-3 seconds. This technology could also be applied to integration with a fresh products supply inventory, such as the use of fresh potatoes to create the French Fries.
