This invention makes tea as a tea kettle, similar to the way an old coffee kettle makes tea, with a screen section in the middle where the tea bags go, such as Farmer Brother’s restaurant tea bags, and the middle section keeps the stray tea particles out of the concentrate mix, and there is also a mixing station and a dispensing station, which includes a quart that mixes a portion of the concentrate and filtered water, poured in from tap water, filtered from a Brita water filter, in addition to a dispensing station for restaurants that has a water filtration system that is external to it, and automated mixing system that automatically mixes the right mixture of concentrate and filtered water, without storing the water, however storing the concentrate only, and also dispensing ice, optionally, as well.
