This is the programming of field(s) and multiple layers of field(s) of magnetic and photonic emissions, originating from a geospatial coordinate, utilizing geospatial light emission technology, such that rotational movements and patterns of the light can be programmed into the light emissions, such that the photons of light move in rotational patterns rather than straight patterns. This is possible through the use of light accelerators through optical light circuitry and magnetic field accelerators, through the use of magnetic field accelerators and multiple field concentrations.
