This invention concept pertains to a laser technology that can convert water into hydrogen. This technology would split the H2O bonds, and create hydrogen and oxygen, which would be stored as separate gases, separated based on their atomic weight, safely into separate gas storage tanks. This technology would work great on a liquid natural gas (LNG) carrier ship, for an example, to convert sea water into hydrogen and oxygen gases, or just to release the oxygen gas into the atmosphere, and then store the hydrogen gases in LNG storage tanks on the vessel. Then, the hydrogen gases could be transported to the shore line, and put in tanks for long-term or short-term storage, and also could be put into LNG semi-trucks, to transport to hydrogen gas pumps, to fuel hydrogen powered or hydrogen hybrid vehicles, including in The United States of America. This would cut down on the amount of carbon-dioxide in the atmosphere.
