This website was designed for the Yosemite English School (YES) at Merced College to promote affordable college classes for students abroad, teaching English as a translation from foreign languages. Students who pass entrance exams and are granted F-1 visas have the opportunity to take regular college classes at Merced College.

This website was re-designed for Images of the Past Gallery - The Thom Hindle Collection. Website visitors are able to request orders of postcards, matte prints, and framed prints from a selection of over 100,000 glass plate negatives dating back to the early 1900's. The price varies from under ten dollars for a postcard, to several hundred dollars for a framed print. The high-resolution details of the prints are evident of the care that is provided to the historical glass plates.
