Department Description
The purpose of the legal department is to manage intellectual property rights of MCE123, and provide intellectual property management services for clients of MCE123. The protection of intellectual property includes the storage of information regarding new developments, storage of information pertaining to the origin of work, filing for copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other legal forms to define legal ownership of intellectual property. The legal department may be hired to protect clients in corporate law.
