Below are general policies that apply to the terms of use agreement of accessing the MCE123 website, communicating by phone and e-mail, and other general policies that apply to technical aspects of the legal structure of the company, separation of public and private accesses, and limitations of the rights that each possess.

The purpose of these terms of use policies are to:
  1. educate about what is reasonably allowable when accessing the MCE123 website and the communication of information originating from the company
  2. educate about the limited rights that are allowed legally
  3. define what is not allowed, why, and what steps could be taken on behalf of the company to ensure protection of the integrity of the entity and intellectual property

      Prevention of Hacking

        Surveillance of MCE123 equipment / services by third parties, other than what is publically viewable by all reason within the law, is strictly prohibited. Ie. Surveillance of MCE123 web servers, routers, customer computers, etc.

        Any person(s) and/or entity(s) that hire person(s) and/or design automated robots to systematically create work for MCE123 on a security basis may be charged fees of $1 Million USD per second of the systematic activity, and may be liable for higher fees if the systematic activities result in any loss of business, loss of productivity, defamation, and fees may be charged to the person(s) and/or entity(s) to reimburse law enforcement personnel if needed.
