Protection of the Company
Below are some general policies that may apply to protecting the company, in addition to navigation links on the left to access additional information about specific types of policies.
The company's policies are established in good faith effort to:
- protect intelligence, information, and infrastructure that is needed for the operation of the company,
- provide valuable services to current and new customers, and
- improve service offerings from customer feedback and improved knowledge of the industry.

Protection of the Company
Limitation of Liability
MCE123 is not liable for financial damages incurred by third parties. Company(s) and/or person(s) that attempt to file suit against MCE123, the company founder, and/or any company employees, suppliers, vendors, clients, and investors, may result in total financial loss to the third party(s) that file suit, and the proceeds from litigation shall benefit MCE123 in full. All attorneys that work to defend MCE123 from third party suits must establish legal agreements with MCE123 defining salary and/or a percentage of the proceeds from litigation to private firm(s) at law that are able to comply with internal MCE123 regulations and policies at all times.
MCE123 is not responsible for financial losses that occur to third parties, such as from fines arising from breaches of MCE123 Legal Policies, unauthorized dissemination of Intellectual Property, etc.
Legal Non-Natural Entity
MCE123 is a business entity with legal filings, established history of works, and corresponding authority of works with appropriate credentials. MCE123 is not a natural entity, an "online handle", "screen name", "avatar", or "profile". Do not compare and contrast MCE123 to natural entities such as the Company Founder, such as comparing the entity to the Company Founder in any sense that the entity is the Company Founder.
Anti Mis-Information Clause
The organization of information creation / information entry does not constitute undertones of metaphorical / metaphysical information. Any suggestions of metaphorical / metaphysical information should be reported directly to MCE123, and not to the public. MCE123 may be unaware of the metaphorical / metaphysical information, and can utilize the feedback to secure the image of the company from misinformation.
Anti-Reversal Policies
MCE123 has a policy against the establishment of regulations opposed to MCE123 policies on a pre-condition of affiliation with another person and/or entity, and MCE123 and its Representatives are not required to affiliate with any person and/or entity. Affiliations are by decisions of MCE123.
Statements defined as legal definitions and policies do not reverse the context of the statements upon organization processes of opposition. The statements defined in legal terms are as defined. Organizational processes that attempt to reverse legal terms of MCE123 may result in security challenges and/or financial losses to person(s) and/or organization(s) that attempt to employ them against MCE123.
Protection of Company Founder
Protection of the founder / policy against cloning of founder by re-enactments of activity. Any attempts to negatively affect the company founder, Patrick Russell McElhiney, may result in criminal charges filed against the party(s) that attempt. Federal Jurisdiction.

Policy for Preventing Extortion of Third Party Entities
There shall be no references to MCE123 in proximity to any combinations of text that imply a correlation to a third-party entity, through a third-party entity.
- There shall be no reference of the term MCE123 on any third-party website in proximity to two consecutive words that both start with the letter "S", such that the use of the consecutive words may infer a link to Secret Service linguistically.
- There shall be no public references to the term MCE123 in the context of the acronym "SCI", forward and/or reversed, and/or any combination of words that would fit within the use of the acronym as such.
Other Laws Applicable
Additional legal policies may be defined at any time, and the lack of defining legal policies does not override all applicable laws under the jurisdiction(s) including International and Federal.
Protection from Mistakes
Intentionally causing mistakes or intentionally creating a conflict in business is legally prohibited. An example of this would be a customer that intentionally creates mistakes to attempt to take advantage of the business legally.
The re-enactment of mistakes caused by businesses that MCE123, the Company Founder, Employees, and other persons associated with the company does business with is legally prohibited. An example of this would be a mistake that is duplicated in multiple accounts to target persons legally based on the organization of mistakes, or the duplication of mistakes based on one person that does business with multiple entities.
Protection from Political Targeting
The purchase and/or use of similar products / services, or the purchase and/or use of the same products / services as other persons, such as the political targeting of the MCE123 Company Founder and/or employees based on the products / services that are purchased and/or used by the parties that pertain to the operation of MCE123 and/or their relatives and/or their surroundings in their personal lives, is legally prohibited. An example of this would be driving a similar type of vehicle in proximity to person(s) that operate MCE123 to convey the metaphorical and/or metaphysical message of other person(s) that do not pertain to the business of MCE123 at that instance of time and location.
The organized reference to cases, by their topic and/or underlying metaphorical / metaphysical information in proximity to MCE123, the company founder, employees, clients, and investors, is legally prohibited. An example would be intellectual political targeting by the references of information that clearly pertains to one subject while referring to another at the same time. This policy covers both environmental / proximity discussions, in addition to organization of questioning.
Anti-Cyber Squatting Policy
This policy is to define that MCE123 does not authorize cyber squatting of third parties, such as the third-party use of the company name as a screen name on social networking websites, attempts to establish information on third-party websites using the company name to prevent authorized MCE123 officials from registering the accounts, and establishing accounts on third-party websites using the company name and then going unused for long periods of time while also being displayed in search engine results.
