Terms of Use for MCE123 Word Mark

Whereas McE ("MCE") refers to the first three letters '123' of the Company Founder's last name, McElhiney.

• There shall be no variations of the term "MCE123" unless if otherwise noted.
• No other numerical variations of MCE by any third party.
• No use of MCE123 in consecutive numbering schemes, ie. MCE1234, MCE12345, MCE123456. All prohibited.
• The letters must be capitalized.
• The word mark MCE123 may not be used as a part of any other word by any third party.
• No translations of MCE123 to other languages.
• No uses of MCE123 in diagonal text, no uses of MCE123 converted to encrypted / hidden text and/or graphics, video, multimedia by any third party.
• No contextual references to MCE123 by any third party.
• No references to other company names by the first three letters of the respective company founder's name and the numbers 123.
• No use of symbols and/or other characters, spaces, images in-between the MCE and the 123.
• Other than the use of the MCE123 Wordmark as authorized by the Company Founder, and for internal use within the company, and as authorized otherwise as defined by the company - there shall be no unauthorized uses of the MCE123 Wordmark pursuant to the Intellectual Property policies.

Metaphorical / Linguistic

1. No references to counting down, such as 321 and/or any combination of sequences of counting down in the context of the letter "M", the letters "MCE", and/or the standard energy equivalence formula in the context of a launch action, and/or fireworks in the context of counting down with the numbers 321.
2. No use of the term MCE and other patterns of numerical numbers inciting violence, defamation, or other types of damages towards the company, the company founder, and/or employees of the company.
3. No organization of words in acronym patterns that correlate to the letters MCE or ECM, or any other combinations of the letters and/or numbers, such as intentionally organizing a company's name based on a pattern of words that correlates back to the MCE123 word indirectly to create the illusion of an implied relation.
4. No implying a correlation between changes in the alphanumeric characters in the Wordmark to that of unrelated intellectual property.
5. No enactments of seating / organizational order of references that correlates to the Wordmark.

Logins, Screen Names, Display Names

1. The only fair use of the term MCE123, capitalized or un-capitalized, as a login name, screen name, display name, or any other definition of an alias and/or user credentials on social media websites, online stores, computer networks, etc. must be under complete control of authorized personnel at MCE123.
2. The company reserves the right to confiscate all information pertaining to the use of the term MCE123, and pursue legal actions to have content removed that was not posted by authorized MCE123 personnel.

Folders

1. The fair use of any folder that is used for MCE123 company files is a folder with the name MCE123.
2. The folder shall not be placed within or in proximity to any other folder that may defame the company.

Historical Artifacts and Documents

1. There is an internal security policy that pertains to the storage of historical artifacts and documents pertaining to MCE123. Third parties are not authorized to create, obtain, store, or in any way advertise historical artifacts of MCE123.
2. Pursuant to the Intellectual Property policies, there shall be no unauthorized use of the word MCE123 by third parties, such that the Intellectual Property has a greater value internally due to the nature of technology.
