The styles of MCE123, including the artistic styles and templates used to customize solutions for clients are the sole intellectual property of MCE123 and may not be sold, transferred, or copied by clients. All re-productions must be through MCE123. Intellectual Property pertaining to the styles of MCE123, in regards to the way that the company appears visually, are not for sale and may not be copied. Styles that are used to customize client works are an additional property above and beyond the customizations. The unique styles and advertisement types are the intellectual property of MCE123 Company, and if a customer wishes to purchase a specific advertisement style / layout, the purchase constitutes another purchase. Duplication of advertisement / layout styles of MCE123 may result in civil fees of $4,000,000 per incident of theft.
