Terms of Use for MCE123 Logo
All uses of MCE123 Logo are subject to requirements of prior approval by MCE123 Company. MCE123 Company reserves the right to revoke rights of use of the MCE123 Logo at any time.
Limitations of variations of MCE123 Logo, such as animations. Any variation(s) of the logo produced by third parties are strictly prohibited, and may be confiscated to use as evidence against the person(s) and/or entity(s) that act to create the variation(s) pursuant to the policy against misrepresentation / defamation of the company and/or intellectual property.
Limitations on Vendors – products with MCE123 Logo may not be reproduced by vendors without an order being placed by MCE123. All orders from vendors need to be paid for, or at minimum the cash equivalence of a trade for services when the products are needed by MCE123 while at the same time the services are needed by the vendor. There shall be no receipt of products for any trade credit. No trade shall occur based on future obligations of MCE123 – trade must occur at the time of agreement or not at all. Products that are provided by trade are the property of MCE123, and the intellectual property of MCE123 such as the MCE123 logo is always the property of MCE123. Files provided to create products for MCE123, such as copies of the MCE123 logo, are provided on a per-use agreement. The files may not be taken and modified, transferred, resold in any way.
Minimum Duplication Quality Requirements – there are minimum requirements for any duplications that include the MCE123 Logo, pursuant to authorization that was already obtained, such that the dots per inch (dpi) must be a minimum of 600 and there may be no variations of color. The display of the logo to the public must have no distortions, cropped portions of the logo, and the display of the logo must be upright. The logo may not be mirrored or reversed. For internal copies of documents, the resolution may be lower, however the internal documents must be marked with non-disclosure. Releases of low resolution versions of works with the MCE123 Logo are legally prohibited. Low-resolution prints may be shown to clients, however showing a low-resolution version does not establish that the viewer is a client, and showing a low-resolution version requires a non-disclosure. The low resolution versions may not be discussed outside of the confines of direct discussions pertaining to revising the materials. Low-resolution versions pertain to saving money while at the same time making necessary revisions to the document / image.
