Jails on Other Planets

Having jails on other planets would actually be very humane in cases dealing with violations of intelligence laws. This would be an option to both conduct scientific research in space, and eliminate the death penalty option from cases involving breaches of classification records. While the breaches of top secret records is a very serious crime, there are a lot of situations that are possible that could inadvertently result in the breaches without an actual release of the information, and while those situations and potentials are being minimized through security processes, the threat of the death penalty may not be a good option. Technically, it could be argued that such a penalty and the release of information would have the equivalence of terrorism, while the characteristics may be different since there may be no intention of the breach occurring in the first place. Having jails on other planets would provide an option to develop new types of intelligence structures that are in complete isolation other than digital communications back to Earth. The result of establishing jails on other planets would result in the equivalence of completely isolated thought, and with high intelligence, the person(s) would likely develop intelligence structures that have never occurred before. The thought patterns of intelligence would no longer be to save their own life – the thought patterns would concentrate on developing something that has never occurred before, such as how to break out of the jail in the middle of space. Subjecting human thoughts to that type of thought pattern would accomplish intelligence that would result in the inventions of technologies and processes that were never before imagined. For an example, galaxiaspatial telepathy, or using telepathic signals through the human detection of planets and stars based on their gravitational feedback, and using the patterns of the gravitational feedback to transmit telepathic messages, locate other species, hi-jack alien spacecraft that are controlled by specific types of linguistic language patterns within telepathic signals, and even learning about other species and how to turn the species against the human race psychologically in order to learn about their technologies and inventions.
